Author's Response: SlightlyJealous!Jim is hot and believable, I think. He's gone through so much to get Pam and he knows what it's like to want her. He can probably spot that from very far away. I'm glad you found it romantic, I always thought that Jim's proposal would be more spontaneous. I don't think he's a very good planner ;)
