I thought that it was so cute; and I don't know if this is the ending, but it works great as one...it works so well. It's just so easy to picture the two of them in this fic. :)

Great song choice for Jim to sing to Pam (although cringe-worthy, for sure, in this setting).... one of my all time favorites and the lyrics are so fitting. "I'll be love's suicide" -- "I'll be better when I'm older" -- and "I'll be the greatest fan of your life".... and on and on. Great Job. Can't wait for upcoming chapters.

Know what that was the sound of? That was the sound of me zipping my lips about my opinion of whether Jim can really dance. ;)
Because this is your story, Swiff, and I will NOT be the one to harsh your mellow! Instead, I will point out some of the wonderfully cute things about this chapter, such Jim's consterflusterification (what? It's a word, look it up) at the words "passion party," Pam's almost immediate "yes," and Pam's simuldorkisness (Again, it's a real word, I swear) when they first start to dance. :)
See? And not once did I say anything about whether Jim can dance. ;)

I love the little moments with Pam in this chapter, like how it's her birthday, dammit!, and how the weather usually cuts her a break on the rain. So nicely done.
And is it bad that I feel for Roy in this story? Maybe I'm just looking at him through a post S3 lens, but I sorta feel bad for the big dumb oaf, ya know? :)

So, I'm one of those who hasn't seen Enchanted. But I think I'll be okay following along.
This was an adorably angsty little glimpse into their first "date that wasn't really even a date." That image of Jim's eyes falling from hers to the ring to the table? Yeah. Niiiice. :)
