I literally let out a little high-pitched squeal when I read that. Ugh this story is so awesome. But I'm hoping they hook up out of heated angst-- that's always how I want these stories to go. Especially where Pam gets really angry and inadvertently slips up and all the built-up angst --> hotter hook-up. Which is what you're already kind of doing and it's great but your set-up is perfect for a scenario like this. I'm loving all the almost-there and then accidentally reverting back to default friends mode thing these two have going on.
I think this review is incredibly incoherent, but that's what your story does to me!

Again thanks for being so quick with the updates. This was... I have no words to describe how great this story is in general and how good this chapter was.
I loved the spending the night and then Jim being angry, because if i were him i would be angry too. I was also uber happy to read the chapter end notes. I can't wait for the confrontation.
