Wow. Beautifully written and very moving. You've analyzed Jim's thoughts on his relationship with Pam in a believable way. Despite Jim's elation at finally being with Pam, it seems realistic for him to still feel nervous about the future, especially after all they've been through. The ache, loneliness, desperation, it all seems so real. Good Job!

Wow. A lot of people will claim that now that Jim and Pam are together all the problems that kept them apart for so long have completely disappeared and haven't left any scar at all, but I don't buy it. Beautiful and heart-wrenchingly emotional piece. Great job!

...that while she’s completely everything he’s wanted out of life, not just out of a person, he isn’t that for her...

I like this bit because it integrates what fans and Jenna have speculated.  Not that you should have to incorporate fandom stuff into fics, but it rings true all the same.

Very moving.  And so believable.  I especially loved this:

She says, ‘I love you,’ without opening her eyes. And without letting him even respond to that with emphatic agreement, she says, ‘We’ll be just fine,’ and presses her lips to his throat as she moves her head to his shoulder.

She just knows, doesn't she?  (sigh)  Beautifully written.  I wonder what it would be like to be loved like that.
