I think Jan's OOC would be the put-together, quiet, sexually repressed housewife who quit her job because it was too stressful to manage a successful family life and a career. Ryan would be happy with his job and eager to start a family. Phyllis... well, who knows? Phyllis is possibly the most mysterious and complex character on the show. Perhaps she would be bubbly and overly happy, recently divorced and super excited about her hot new single life?
I'm getting carried away. AWESOME story!
Author's Response:
deerinthepark, I should have consulted you first! I think you're especially on target with Ryan -- he'd be happy with his job and really good at it too, especially sales! :)
I 'm so glad you liked this; it was one of those amazingly-quick-to-write ones, so I liked it too. ;)
Thanks for reading and reviewing, ditp! :)

What a fun way to celebrate April Fool's Day! They were all cute but Creed's was my favorite - I can't even begin to imagine him as a philanthropist and a charity for "Invisible Children" is too funny for words!
Author's Response:Invisible Children is a real charity, benefiting the children of Uganda. https://secure.invisiblechildren.com/donate/ I have to say, that and March of Dimes both seemed very un-Creed-like, which is why I chose them. ;) The 'real' Creed's favorite charity is himself.
I'm glad you liked it, kaystar! Thanks for reading and reviewing!
ETA: I feel terrible for thinking that "Invisible Children" was a charity that Creed made up. Please excuse my ignorance and forgive my insensitivity for poking fun at it.

Okay, I love this. Absolutely love it. My favorite? Jan. :oD So true, so true. Thanks for the laugh! (And yesh, Michael would've jumped on that. Er, TWSS.)
Author's Response:
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! We all need more laughs, don't we? :)
Thanks for reading and reviewing, girl7!

Ha! You sneak. That was a lot of fun.
Author's Response:
And way, way more fun to write than working on that other thing I'm working on! Not that I spent much time on this one. I did think it would be more fun for you to read it than to beta it, though, and I didn't worry too much about every little thing because -- it's Bad!Fic, it's intentionally out of character, I don't have the time, it's all in good fun -- you know, is that enough? Should I keep going? (/Toby)
Thanks for reading and reviewing, Swedge, and for all the beta work on this holiday series. Little did you know when I came up with this idea that it would mean all this extra beta-ing. :)

I loved this, TLK!! Creed, Jim, Pam, and Jan had me howling with laughter. You've done such a great job with this series, and it really makes cool holidays that much cooler. I love it! Well done!! --CH
Author's Response:
Thanks, Becky215! I think the one I'd most want to meet would be the out-of-character Creed. He seems like a nice guy. ;) I don't want to run across OOC Jim and Pam though! Yikes.
Thanks for reading and reviewing! :)

Jan's TH was sublime in it's metaphysicality. (Is that a word? It should be.) These were simply hilarious...even if some of them made my skin crawl (Pam and Darryl?) :D
Great work for an April Fool's day!
Author's Response:
Well, I was trying to think who it should be with Pam. Creed would be worse, right? Because he was another option. Michael was an option...Packer was an option...I bet you're really glad I went with Darryl.
Thanks for reading and reviewing, Cousin Mose! I have to say this was a fun one to write! :)

That was awesome, Kev. I kept on breaking out into giggles. Love how you did Jan, nope, can't make her any crazier. Persistant Toby, Oscar the Latin lover, and Pam and Jim, who really should just jump in the sack together. Ha! Happy April Fool's!
Author's Response:
I honestly couldn't come up with anything 'out of character' for Jan. She's been the professional business woman and the crazy jealous sex addict woman. Anything else is in the middle, and not really OOC.
I'm glad I was able to make you giggle. I have to say it's fun writing when you don't have to worry about making people sound like themselves. Nothing can be 'wrong' when the intent is OOC.
It was difficult to think of the opposite of Toby, but then when I realized he had never even tried for Pam, I figured it out. What a Sad Sack (all meanings meant).
Thanks for reading and reviewing, EH! I'm so glad you liked this. :)

Haha! My absolute favorite was Jan's! Because its SO TRUE!
But seriously, this is very out of character, and I am curious as to what the show would be like if these were true.
Somehow, I don't think it would be as good.
Author's Response:
I'm glad you pointed out your favorite; I always find that interesting with this kind of thing (ensemble pieces).
I think some of these people are on the show, I just mixed up the characters. Jim would be the guy who can't understand someone wanting to be on the phone selling all day, right? ;) But I agree, the way the actual show does the characters is better. :)
Thanks for reading and reviewing, Emily! :)

I’ve been a competent, hard-driving business woman. Now I’m a crazy girlfriend who tapes sex and then critiques my partner afterward. Plus I got a boob job to win back a guy. It’s way too late for Too Late Kev to write “out of character” for me; the writers have already done that.
You've broken the 4th wall...with the truth!!! Nice story.
Author's Response:
Ha! There are a few other Bad!Fics that have broken the 4th wall, too. Somehow, it only works with Bad!Fic. I may always remember this one from Maybe Once: "It was pretty sticky, but for some reason it only seems gross to you, the reader." I remember laughing out loud at that.

hahahahahaaa. good stuff. Jim's was priceless.
Author's Response:
Yes, that's not the Jim we know and some of us love, is it? It's fun to write people all wrong.
