I really like this.  You could add to it now and then...  I'd better favorite it, just in case you choose to update it.

I love this line: "I think you’re a brave little toaster that should be selfish more often."  That's adorable.  What a neat little relationship you show here, in such a short fic.  Nice job.

I also tend to believe that about Rolando. And may or may not be working on something where he's mixing margaritas and possibly wearing short-shorts. But, um, anyway, haha. I've always thought the idea of the receptionists gossiping is interesting as well. I've always heard that you should be nice to receptionists and janitors because they always know everything that's going on - and what's going on here is a good example of that, in a fun way. Anyway, all this rambling can be cut down to: great job and I love how you managed to convey the relationship between them and make it obvious they talk often without needing a million words to do so. Bravo.
