At first I was kinda mad that we didn't get to hear about what happened in the apartment - especially the way Jim left us in the last chapter, but the promise of a Pam version quelled that. Though I have to say, weird as it seems, I think I'm going to have a hard time empathizing with Pam after reading Jim's side of the story. But I know you'll make it work.

I'm glad that Jim and Emily are together and that she "mended" him. I love that they get their happy holidays after all and that they are both in such a sweet place. Who knew I could ship Jim with anyone but Pam? (Well, actually I did like him with Karen toward the end of season 3 - but shh, don't tell!)

I was so ready to kill you with the ending of the last chapter, and then I took a deep breath and hit 'next.' I think I knew that you were going to keep Jim with Emily...I think...(and I totally HATE to admit this,) but I think I would have disappointed if he hadn't. GASP! I know. But this story, is good. I have to say that. And although I really am very sad with stories that don't keep Jim and Pam together, this one was done so well that...that I couldn't help but like it. I'm really excited to read Pam's POV. So, hurry up and write it already! :)

You should be very proud of yourself, Wen.  You had an idea (albeit an unpopular one initially), you stuck with it and you made (some of) us really buy into this.  Excellent job, as always.  You know I'll read your companion Pam fic (even though it makes my stomach all kinds of nervous thinking about it), and I'll be waiting for some "Wendolf Classic" JAM fic, maybe some time after 9/25 : )  Much love.  N.

Well.  I have to say I was shocked but adored the ending.  It was like the ending of Sideways.  At first I thought WTF, but now it's one of my favorite movie endings ever.  Brave choice.  Now for the blatant, gushing adoration.

There are very few stories that I think are required reading for a new person to this board.  IMO, this is one of them.  This is the kind of story new writers should aspire to and its also the kind of thing that keeps me reading rather than writing.  You managed to create a whole new character that was against the grain and who I was totally rooting for.  I would imagine that this is maybe the kind of thing originally intended for Karen but it just didn't quite play out like that.  The turning point for me with Emily was when she made the video of her life for Jim.  That was just a great scene.  I'm waiting with baited breath for Pam's POV.  I liked the flashback aspect of this story and I'll be interested to see if you use that in Pam's side too.  

Anyway, great story, can't wait for the next one and I really think you should consider pursing the Jamily threesome if you need a little light unrealistic breather between stories.  

I remember you saying you may write more on this particular story later, and I must say that I would really like to see that. They should get married, and you should keep writing about it. That would make me so happy. I realize you probably have a life, and can't do that, so I guess I'll just have to keep daydreaming.

Loved the update, and am sad to see this story end.

Ok...I was just getting ready to shut down my computer and I decided I'll just check for any updates before I signed off for the weekend. Woot!!!! I wanted to hug you through this damn computer for getting up this last chapter. But now, I just want to kick your little ex cheerleader ass! Making me wait to see what happened in that apartment is just cruel, cruel I say.

I knew it would go this way -- because Jim would not have dumped Emily's "ass" at the school concert. I want him to be w/ Pam always but in this story he deserves to be w/ Emily. I will be waiting of "Scranton/NCY Pam."

Love this story! I've been horrible about reviewing, but I have been following it the whole way through. The cliffhangers in these last two chapters have been killing me, but they are absolutely great at the same time. I have a feeling that Pam isn't going to say what me might all think she is though. Since you are such a fabulous quick updater, we probably won't have to wait too long :)

Woman, you are killing me... But I am glad that this story keeps going. Who will prevail and have Jim's heart?

What do I say then?

You say Sorry sweetcheeks this boat has sailed onto blueer waters!  AUGH!  GET OUT OF THEIR JIM, RUN, RUN LIKE THE WIND!!!!

I have a gut feeling that Pam is not there to rekindle the romance. And surprisingly I think I prefer it that way. Wendolf, you did the unthikable.... you have made me like Jim and Emily more than Jim and Pam.... at least for this story. ;) I am still a diehard JAM fan. Can't wait to read the final one.

Regardless of how this story ends I would love nothing more than a fake choose your own adventure type ending that involves a Jamily 3-way.  Come on.  You know you want to write it!

I promise i'll give you a very well deserved review full of nothing but my eternal admiration for this story after the next chapter.  

No, callisto won't be the only one to say it... I want forgiveness too. But I also want closure. I want it both ways! Ahh. What I don't want is for Pam to say they were never right for each other, so I hope that's not how it ends.

Ugh, I have tried and tried to convert myself with this story, and I love it, but there's no doubt I'd sadly be devastated if it actually turned out this way outside of MTT. But I can't wait for your next story, wendolf!
