Binx! I'm excited at the potential this story holds. Really enjoyed this chap. You balance the sad, longing Jim with some really funny lines:

Two girls on the elevator stared openly, and Jim just cleared his throat and cocked his head over to the crew and joked, "Publisher's Clearinghouse. Can't get rid of 'em." Good one!

This is so good! I spent such a long time reading it, just to let certain lines sink in. You know just how to build up tension until it snaps and crackles. I'm so looking forward to updates! (Oh, and I also think this story should be featured -- just my opinion) :)
