I love stories that look at the whole ensemble and make them feel real. Lovely vignettes!

I remember Dave Burba from when he was with the Cincinnati Reds. I find it ironic that I read this today since he was on the last Reds team to reach the post season until this year. (15 years)

This is a great fic - great observation. 6 is my lucky number so Go the office! I'd love to see a sequel with Phyllis and Stanley, etc. etc.
I particularly loved the last line of Creed's. "He could end up back in Arizona any old day and he wants to be ready if he feels like reading a book."

I never noticed the love for the number 6 before.
I clean my purse every single time I use it. I so rarely use it, so, if I do, I immediately empty it. I honestly can't remember the last time I actually used my purse. I wanna say Christmas shopping, but I can't be certain.
And order is very important. I'm too similar to Angela for my own good.
Hmm, Jim Halpert vs Obama. Not sure who I would vote for then....
Jim's job is my job now. It is a ton of fun. I love working with my kids. I have all my gifts my kids give me. From fake jewels to sand art, to drawings scribbled by a two year old. All of them.
Michael put the candy in his mouth. *sigh* Michael is just a big kid. Because yes, my kids do that. Well, today, one tried to eat a napkin.
Author's Response: I'm more of a Pam. My purse is always kind of a mess and I carry way more than I need to. Recently though I've gotten it down to just carrying a small little thing that's only big enough for chapstick, cash & cards (so I go from one extreme to the other haha). Thanks for reviewing! :)

This was great. I really, really enjoyed it. I thought everything was so in character. Great job :)
Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you liked it. :)

Angela keeping the memorial prayer card from her Grandfather's funeral really struck a note with me. (As did her eating a sugar cookie as I get ready to go to my Weight Watchers weigh-in tonight. )
Author's Response: For me, the Angela one was the most personal because I have more of those prayer cards than I really like to think about. And the sugar cookie... well, I imagine she eats it and then promptly sweeps the crumbs into the garbage. Thanks for reviewing. :)

Creed was my favorite of these, and I absolutely loved this opening line:
Everything about Creed Bratton’s life seems to be covered in a thin film, like some kind of mystery plastic wrap.
Author's Response: Creed's was the most fun to write because I feel like with Creed, you can say almost anything and have it be at least semi-correct. Glad you liked it. :)

Interesting observation, carbondalien. You're yet another person who makes me feel like my observational skills are woefully lacking. This was very clever. The thought of Angela eating a single sugar cookie while cleaning her purse is hysterical and so in-character. Nice job.
Author's Response: Thank you. :) I would say it's more of an issue of having way too much time on my hands haha.
