I'm just catching up on some stories I've been holding onto while otherwise preoccupied and I just wanted to say how much I liked your concept in this story. A beautiful constant throughout Pam's life. Well done!
Author's Response: Oh, wow, thanks. It was fun trying to think of all the times she could have used dandilions and how it affected her life. :)

Sweet ending. I've really enjoyed these - dandelions get such a bad rap on lawn care commercials that it's nice to see them getting their time in the spotlight.
Author's Response: I am all about the dandelions. Probably because we don't get many in our yard to be a nusance. Our real problem is mushrooms. And if I write a story about them, help me god.

Oh wow. So sad, but this line was awesome:
"As she blew, she made her wish – a wish to be anywhere but here, in constant heartbreak, watching the person she loved, love someone else."
Author's Response: Yeah, I tried to get into Pam's head, and even just thinking about feeling it made me sad.

This is my favorite so far - I can just see Pam doing that. So sweet.
Author's Response: :) Of course, I had to go back and read what I wrote cause I totally blanked hehe!

Love the "flying" star. I can tell you work with kids because that's spot on.
Author's Response: Its one of those"too cute to correct" things. Even if I had Pam correct it in the story.

These were great. Some made me sad but most made me extremely happy.
Just how I like my fanfic. :)
Author's Response:
Is it wrong that I'm kind of really happy I got an xoxo review? Either way, I am.
The sad makes the happy even more happy. That's my reasoning anyways!

Yay, an EmilyHalpert piece! I really like the theme running throughout - a belief in something that could change your life. It's a pleasure to read.
Author's Response: Wow, just you made me happy. And, belief that it can change your life - never ever doubt the power of dandelions. They are just as powerful as Magic 8 balls. Which I always really wanted as a child, but never got.

Aw. Love the name "Sophie." Nice idea, EmilyHalpert. Very touching.
Author's Response: Hehe, its one of my favorite names for little girls. Its just so sweet and it so fits how I think their daughter would look/act. What, yes, of course I imagine what fictional characters future children will be like.

She felt silly for believing in such a childhood fantasy, and didn’t want to admit that she dreamed of doing this with her own child someday. Such a sweet image. Wouldn't it be great to see it one day? :)
Author's Response:
If only the show would go on that long.
Part of that idea and the next chapter, came from blowing dandelions with my (neighbor's) kid. I just loved the way it looked so magical when she did it. And it just sort of really made me remember doing it as a child, and when you really can just imagine it working, and really truely believing in it, and everything. Just that wonderful innocence and hopefullness and magic that always seems to happen with kids.

Poor Pam. So happy Jim snapped out of that Karen phase ; )
Author's Response: I prefer to pretend it doesn't exist for the most part.
