I really like the way you weave back and forth between the angst and the present. Even though I'm still all fangirl giddy over the wedding, I'll admit to times where I miss the S2 longing. This was a nice combination of the two, and as usual, you tell the story brilliantly.

Hey, girl! I feel weirdly regretful that I was on vacation and missed out on the creation process for this one. But I suppose there's something to be said for getting to read the finished product unspoiled. I'm so glad you decided to tackle this particular bit of their history, because it's ideal for all the things you do so well -- the tentative flirting and angst of the past, mixed with the happy glow of their growing family and a little naughtiness to give it some delicious spice. Callisto, I hope you don't mind that this review will consist of nothing but gushing. I LOVED it! You write the before and after so well (I still remember "A Good Day") and this was just perfect! The glimpses of Jim and Pam in their honeymoon suite were alternately sweet, tender, and of course, that last one was so sexy and hot! And between those now moments, you gave us a little blast from the past which was just...so fantantic.
Reading this makes me want to watch "Niagara" again and again (as if I haven't done so already ;o) But it also makes me want to watch the older seasons to truly appreciate their journey.
It goes without saying that your writing is fantastic and your stories are always excellent. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this!
