Lol! I really loved this chapter, and I completely agree - Jim and Pam have such an undeniable spark, sometimes even at the office! I checked out the pictures and it's official, when I find my 'Jim' I'm going to Bio Bay! Great story, very well written and even though you stayed true to the show you made this seem so original and personal. Nice job!
Author's Response: Thanks again, and I do hope you will someday get the opportunity to take that swim in BioBay...and maybe write your own story!

Author's Response: PMH, glad you thought it was..."interesting"! I'm one who likes to think that once you get them away from the office, Jim and Pam can think of ways to, you know...keep the fires burning! And do check out some pictures...the water really does glow.

The thought of nonrisk taking Jim and Pam skinnydipping/making whoopie in the ocean made me smile big time. I especially loved this paragraph because it is just such a spot on Jim/guy thing to say - it really rang true for me:
"Now, standing at the curb, looking at his wife...God, it was still hard to believe...Pam was his wife...Jim felt a wave of desperation begin to envelop him as he tried to think of something he could do. He was the husband...he should do something."
Author's Response:
jazzfan...the idea that Jim has always seemed to believe that he needed to "do something", to take some kind of action or to somehow demonstrate his concern when it came to Pam and her happiness has always struck me as a sort of underlying, but constant theme...from the very beginning of their relationship. Sort of a manifistation of the deepness of his feelings for her. And, I think it would only be heightened with the newness of thier marriage and the impending birth of their child. I'm glad it struck a chord with you...and I'm happy you ejoyed the story.

Mr Bill, this makes me want to hop a plane to Puerto Rico immediately. Sounds like a magical place. What a perfect way for our dear newlyweds to enjoy each other. Thanks for sharing!
Author's Response: You're welcome NanReg...and glad you liked it. I just figured they could do with a little something as a "pick-me-up" to make up for the bad day they'd had. I think it worked.
