I like how although this is an AU fic, you manage to use aspects of the actual episode, like the fabulous "God in this hospital tonight" line! You're writing is great! Keep it up :)

This is a great story!! The scary thing about fics like this where Roy gets physically abusive, is that I can totally believe it of the character. It makes me wonder...

Great start! I love how the conversation on the roof fits the characters, I can see Pam coming to the realization that she's not in love with Roy anymore and yet the next breath get worried that she can't actually go through with breaking up with him, and at this point Jim knowing saying she should be with him would only spook her so he simply offers his friendship. Excited for the next chapter!
