Wow - this is dead-on. Favorite parts: Toby using cooking class to get back into dating and Jurassic Beet Farm! Also, you managed to capture Creed perfectly in just two sentences and little details that had me saying "of course they'd do that" (America's Funniest Home Videos, Grey's Anatomy, Daily Show, calls to China). Well done.

Man, I can't believe I never left feedback on this, because I love it SO MUCH. The first Stanley part alone was so good I was kind of devastated when it was over -- in just a couple of paragraphs it was THE Stanley fic I've been waiting for. And then it just gets better and better--! *Especially* Meredith, "That is it possible to love them deeply, to be willing to die for them in a heartbeat, and yet find them in some essential way distasteful." and Karen not being able to envision Jim being unironic, and MICHAEL (of COURSE he likes America's Funniest Home Videos) and JAN (so, so sad) and TOBY with that tiny glimmer of hope, and Ryan knowing that Kelly doesn't like The Daily Show and then the gorgeous Jim and Pam bits, that beautiful last line. Also the weird poetry of the whole Creed section, so lovely in only two sentences.
Plus I LOVE all the pop culture shoutouts. Cloud Atlas! Architecture in Helsinki! Grey's Anatomy! Spot on every one. Um, please write more, the end.

Oh my God. This just blew me away. Every character is so dead-on perfectly expressed - they're exactly the right age for the things they're doing, which you wouldn't think would be hard, but this fandom hardly ever gets right (Ryan and the Daily Show, Stacy and Grey's Anatomy, Jim and his wretch indie music, Pam and CLOUD ATLAS - all these references were like little gifts). You captured every one of them so simply and it's all written incredibly well, just the right amount of details.
She tries to imagine him dancing, like really dancing and not doing some goofy “it's so funny that I'm dancing” dance. She can't.
OH, this killed me.
I really can't praise this highly enough. Just fantastic.

Wow. Quite possibly one of the best fanfics I have ever read. You captured every character's voice so perfectly here. I especially loved the Stanley one. You so rarely see him represented in fanfic! And that last line is just beautiful.
