I'm all sad now, with the way you ended this chapter. Now you've got me wondering how Jim will end up at Kevin's party...it's inevitable, right? Right?

You're killing me! I can't wait for Day 12!

I'm loving this story...always looking forward to the next chapter. I think there is an element of danger here that might spill over in the show. And that's the idea that Jim can be kind of a dick. We all know that he is really into Pam, and yet he continues to use Karen. He had the chance to break it off with her over lunch but instead he gets himself deeper.

No! Jim needs to spend New Year's with Pam and a tube of Ben Gay! This is so clever, Moxie...can't wait to see what gets delivered next.

I love how you wrote Jim's conversation with Mark. I liked how Mark gave him such a hard time, and the dialogue is great. I also really like Jim trying to butter up the delivery woman!

You've done a really great job with each day (so inventive!), and your characterization is great, but I have to admit that I don't really care for the way Jim is handling his situation with Karen. It makes me as annoyed with him as Karen is. I really hope he sorts things out with her soon.

Another great chapter.
I wonder if Karen would have just called, instead of coming over.
Oh god the suspense is killing me. I love it.

Oh goody, she's staying! Romantic French film and achey shirtless Jim and a tube of Ben-Gay...sounds like a recipe for a fine afternoon to me. And I can't wait to hear all about it! This story is SO much fun, Moxie...who knew French Hens could be so tantalizing?

OMG -- the conversation between Mark & Jim was awesome!!! "It will bite you in the ass, mark my words."
And Shirtless!Jim is always good, no matter the reason. And PissedOff!Karen is the icing on the cake. How could she not pick up on the connection between Pam & Jim? There is no other love but you, indeed!

This is the kind of fic that I wish I'd stumbled upon once it was finished...I'm so impatient to read the rest! At least the chapters are long, which I always love. I'll take a 5,000 word chapter over a drabble any day!
This one was such fun to read...I'm of course very happy that Karen walked in and was send away, obviously upset. I figure that relationship should be out of the way by the next update.
One thing - you might want to change the French to "Il n'y a pas d'autre amour que vous." "Mais" is technically "but", but we use "que" in this case. You could also use "sauf" instead of "but", but it's not quite as powerful.
