um, i wouldnt be able to keep my hands off of him either.  because that is just absolutely ridiculously hot, and so in-character for jim, as far as im concerned - he definetely has this underlying sense of power and control beneath the floppy hair and boyish smile.  GUH.  i repeat:  HOT!

Count me as another one who was incredibly moved by in-control Jim in BfV. So, how much did I love the way you wrote him here? Love how Pam is so turned on by seeing him like that - that she can't keep her hands off of him in the car after the meetings (much less, the kissing in the elevator and roadside interludes.) She seems very Pam here, but is also a great vicarious figure for all of us drooiling Jim fans. Also like how she's discovering new parts of him (TWSS, I know) and finally really getting to know all of him. Just great. And happy. Thanks.

Oh, man. Loved this. Like a lot. Because I'm a lot turned on by the new in charge manager Jim. The cold open of this week's episode with him leading that meeting? I mean, it was sort of hot with the way he was holding his pen and sitting at the head of the table and-

The point is, that YES. You've written Pam so perfectly in this and I loved this: "But sometimes she'll look down, only to find her own hair twirled around her finger."

Oh, Jim...

oh! incharge!jim. love it. the way pam knows jim so well, all his facets is really good. and the way that she watches him. excellent.

Ok, well THAT was just favorited! HOT!!!! Man there is something about Jim in control! There's something hot about someone who suddenly switches gears like that!

I loved it all, but this was one of my absolute favorite passages:

She especially likes watching him when the client is a woman, because he has a certain way with them. He's effortlessly charming and so subtly flirtatious (and if she didn't know him so well, she wouldn't even be able to call it flirtatious). It gets her excited, because he's hers and he talks like that to her all the time. Except with her, he actually means it.

Are you kidding me? With all honesty, I like that side of him a lot, thank you. Assistant Regional Manager Jim is on my Christmas list at the end of the year. [yes, I think very far ahead.]

I love how you've written Pam, here; in fanfiction we've seen quite a bit of Jim!lusting, but Pam!lusting is either over-the-top or not enough at all, and this hits the spot right in the middle. That, my friend, is talent. And I love Jim. =P So very in-character; I would expect him to be like that, the car ride, the conversations, the sales calls. And I also adore how even though there're differences in the way they act around or with or because [?] of each other, essentially and basically they're Jim and Pam through and through, from the McNugget to their elevator rides and [I loved this detail:] them running out of places to pull over after the sales calls. 

And lately I've taken to thinking of how Jim and Pam would be, in secret!relationships around the office, and I would love them to be like this. If the cameras were around the office, we would definitely notice them both gone. ;) 

Yeah, that's it. I'm going to read this again and fall in love with Jim a little bit more, now. Woohoo!
