Well I see your into writing 'Bitchy Karen'. She's just one of those characters that can go either way. Alright Jim come on? Do you really need to subject yourself to more drama?

Author's Response: She really is. I plan on making her a little more complex as the story goes on but because I myself was once in this situation, it makes me feel much better to make her the bitch. ;-)

Congrats on your first fic! I'm really enjoying it - I think both the drinking and the anger are realistic ways for Pam to deal with everything.  This chapter was especially good - I love her imagined conversation with Jim.  Can't wait to read the next chapter.

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm working on the next chapter now.

You spelled congratulations wrong.  Hey, you asked.

Very much interested in seeing what she does next.  Hopefully something a little more constructive than her Meredith impression.

Author's Response: Thank you!

hum, will there be a coping skill chapter about denial? or working so hard you basically work yourself to death? those are my two skills.

I've had nights like that, one of which lead me to phoning in to work drunk the next morning.  Though I think it's better to do your wasting yourself drinking at a bar, rather than at home, because it's more entertaining for everyone else.

Author's Response: You are ever so kind.
And I agree...even though I'm technically making her drink.
Sorry Pam
