Oh, this was so great!!! I loved all the dialogue in the restaurant where Andy was trying so hard to one up Matt. And Andy sitting in the hall with his head in his hands and all wet and broken down, gah! So irresistable. And I loved that Karen decided to show him some kindness by saying that she was with him. And that kiss! Whew! So wonderful. Ending it with the bit about Sam and Diane was absolutely brilliant. This fic had such incredible detail and was so perfectly in character. Wonderful writing!

The fact that you really appreciate my fic means so much to me. I spend my days right now doing work that I think doesn't mean very much to people except in the very very grand scheme of things, so the fact that there is one person out there who is touched by something I did is so rewarding I can't even express it. Holy crap, that was GREAT! I didn't know what to expect, and you blew me away. You nailed Andy and Karen's voices so perfectly. I laughed aloud at "Everyone either thought I had some STD, or that I had some kind of incontinence problem, or that I was sleeping with the crazy old Russian professor. "

This is a really cool story. Very fresh idea (a bit of interesting backstory that most people overlook) and very well written. You do a good job with Andy's almost overpowering insecurity. Nice work!
