As much as I really really love the way the season actually ended and all, this is such a really fantastic go at a way that could have actually salvaged the Karen character for me, and restored some of the integrity they had going with honesty. This is FANTASTICALLY DONE! Great job. (And I'm not even done....)

whoa -- this would work too! See, GD, there are a zillion good ways to get Karen out of the picture and give us Jam -- pick one already!!! (p.s. nicely written Pam & Karen here, BTW)

I am eating up this story with a spoon. Great voices, and I really like the way you're showing Karen here. The relationships among the three of them are complex, which is what makes them so fascinating, and I love that you're doing them full justice. I can't wait for more! (And I'm also thrilled that you're posting these so quickly--I hope you can continue the pace.)
Author's Response: Thanks so much Inanna. I really appreciate your feedback. I've slowed down a little on these, but I'll do what I can to keep it up. I'm a teacher and it's tradition here that my history students watch Glory at the end of the year, so I'm bored out of my skull. Glad I have the writing to keep me from nodding off.
