Who has two thumbs and is really enjoying this story? This girl.
My one teeny quibble is that when Jim notices she's no longer engaged, his mental fist pump (great image, BTW) would not be for making her laugh, it would be for SHE'S NOT ENGAGED! SHE'S NOT ENGAGED! Wouldn't it?
I love Jim drifting off when he sees the "no engagement ring" finger.
I love Pam's "thumbs" comment and Jim deciding Pam had the most awesome mom ever.
I'm so excited that this will follow the episodes. Whoohoo!

Author's Response: Yep, I'm gonna go through all of season 2, and then probably start a new story (Third Drink) that continues into season 3.

yeah! i heart how you had pam's mom react to this. I always had a problem with how nice Mrs. Beesley treated Roy...i mean he drug his feet for 3 yrs. update soon.
