I can't believe I'm about to write this next sentence, but... I LOVE KAREN!! That was perhaps the coolest thing I've seen all day long. Ah, if only she'd acted more like that on the show, I would have been a little more sympathetic towards her. But probably not. :) I will definitely be following this one...

Wow, Karen really rocked that elevator confrontation with Ryan! I loved her throwing his email back up to him, along with the fact that he had no sales while he was there. Glad it's going to be fun to write as it sure is fun to read, too.
