rereading some of my favorite stories, so i'll review them again!
this just seems so natural for them. you write the characters so well. i also love that you can write the whole thing in dialogue and it's so easy to follow. usually when the whole thing is dialogue, i have to go back and figure out who's who and what is going on, but not with this!
Author's Response: Shame on me for being so late getting back to you, Sunday! Honestly? I was in the throes of such bad writer's block that I didn't even think I could write a decent response. Pathetic, right? But what a sweet surprise this was! I'm so pleased that you think the dialogue is easy to follow - I sometimes struggle when I'm reading a lot of dialogue, too, so YAY! This fic is incredible. The way you portray Pam and Jim is so in-character. I can imagine these things happening which is something that sometimes doesn't happen when I read some fics. Also, you have the right amount of fluff in them :)

I'm so glad you feel that this is true to their characters because I usually stop myself a hundred times during a chapter and ask myself if either Pam or Jim would say or do that. I actually try to imagine the dialogue in their voices in my head and Jim's voice gets me a little distracted, so...not always easy :). Thank you for the review!

Also wanted to add, that despite the gross mashed potatoes reference (ha) I like it! And the changes youmade are wonderful! It flows so much better now and is def. not confusing one bit at all. And I love the licking his face line. haha still makes me laugh!

I took every one of your suggestions and I even incorporated a few of your comments because I really liked your responses. But the mashed potatoes had to stay, because I love them. These are all so awesome, SweetPea - I can't even give you a favourite because they just capture some wonderful moments. Even the angsty ones, though of course the happier ones make me grin like an idiot! I really look forward to more from you! :D

Aw. Nervous Jim. Flirty Pam. I'm so there. In-character dialogue is the hardest thing, IMO, to do well - and this does that. Very sweet.
