I just found this story, and just read it the whole way through and I love every single word you've written. I know you're probably long gone from the site, but I just had to let you know this is wonderful, in case you'll see it. This last chapter especially is wonderful and left me with a tear in my eye.

I just wanted to let you know, that while ALL of the chapters in this story, and literally every other story you've written are FANTASTIC, this one is my favourite. I sometimes just read it if I'm in a bad mood, and it makes me happy :)
Maybe that's a little creepy, but I hope it shows how bloody amazing this story is.

These were a lot of fun. I didnt like series that didnt have a linking storyline before reading this. Awesome last chapter, I'm sure a lot of people can Identify with it myself included.

Author's Response: I can't thank you enough for doing this. You know, on average, about 1-2% of story readers leave a review. It's kind of crazy when you think about it, but it's true. Over time, the percentage goes down from there, because I'm sure folks think that because the story isn't current, a review of it is unnecessary or just kind of dumb. But it's so not. If anything, it means more. It's like, "hey, I just found this (or in your case, even more awesome because you CAME BACK to it!) and I really like it." So gratifying. Author's Response: I'm so sorry I'm so late getting to this, honeypioneer! Better late than never, I hope? Other than a little 55-word thing, this was my first attempt at fanfic and the first writing I'd done in a long, long time, so I'm pleased you liked it! Writing these little vignettes was the perfect way to dip my toe back in without going all full blown "story." In fact, I might go back to doing a few of these, just because they're so much fun. Author's Response: Sunday, how fun it is to read this after this much time! These two...they are just a blast to write and I had a ton of fun writing each one of these. The last chapter...it's so special to me because it's one of the first times that things just seem to come to me and it was so emotional writing it. This fic was the first bit of extensive writing I'd done in years, so when I was winding it up, I cried through nearly the whole thing! Thank you so much for your kind words!!

Aaaaaaugh. This has reduced me to nonsense syllables. I love it. It's so human and so touching. Gah. (See, there it is again!) I love, love, love this line:
He likes to kiss you when the car is going through the car wash.
I never thought car washes were romantic before, but I may have to change my tune. And:
When she comes out of the bedroom Saturday morning wearing lounge pants with the biggest, wildest floral print you've ever seen, and you frown at her, she says, 'Like 'em? These pants are lookin' for a party, Halpert.'
They really do bring out the ridiculousness in each other. I love it. :)

Hee!! The pants were a little slice from my own true love. I bought these crazy pants when we were hosting a huge outdoor party because I thought they would be fun...but they were really pretty heinous. I don't think there was a single color missing and they were loose and kind of billowy and were forever known as the partypants after that. Pretty soon, "partypants" turned into a state of mind..."let's get our partypants on and have some fun!" I asked myself if Pam would have some partypants and I think she would. I think she would have found them on the clearance rack at Marshall's or TJ Maxx just like I did, and think they would be fun to wear around the house and when she was painting. And god knows, she could spill a whole palette of paint on them and you'd probably never notice! I'm so glad you liked this and thank you so much for the sweet review!

This is probably the best JAM piece I've ever read b/c it transcends JAM. Definitely the best chapter in this series. So great how you rambled thru all the aspects of their lives. You know what? It is damn inspiring. I really love my husband and he is my best friend. Now I want to come up with a paragraph about how & what he is to me. It'll be like when we wrote our wedding vows together. Oh, Sweetpea. This is what love is. A lot of time people feel like they have to write stories filled with grand gestures to show how Jim and Pam love each other, but I love the stories that focus on the tiny details more. It's so real. Love is the tiny, innumerable details, when even things that would probably be unattractive to others (like Pam singing out of tune or Jim secretly watching wrestling) somehow make your love for the other person fuller and more... everything.
This story is bigger than Jim and Pam for me. As someone who is married to her best friend, this story (and this chapter especially) has really resonated with me and I'm so glad other people 'get it'... meaning that I'm thrilled you have found away to express what it means when two people are in love. What a wonderful way to end such a fantastic story.
Author's Response: This means so much, heartcarved. I'm thrilled that this made you think of your own Jim. You're so right, that these little things are really what love is all about. Sometimes you know it - your sweetheart does something or says somthing that is just so peculiar to him and no one else that just makes you love him so much in that moment that you want to burst - and sometimes you're unaware of these moments when they happen or you're momentarily annoyed with him because he's just done the most ridiculous thing ever. But when I think back to my Jim, my most vivid and fond memories are just like the ones in this chapter: random, mundane, silly things. Give your Jim a big, sloppy kiss and thank you so much for the review.

I've loved every word of this story, and if it has to end, at least you sent it out in style. This is AMAZING. it might just be one of the sweetest fics i've ever read. I mean i've definitely read some stuff that made me "aww" more, but this is so REAL. These are real things that real people love about each other, and it's precious to think about Jim and Pam loving each other this way. The list is perfect and I can imagine every single thing perfectly. Yay for awesome writing skills! great job!
