Wooooowwwwww! This was so good. Pam was, of course, wonderful. Agh! That yogurt lid! But man, oh man, you did a number on my heart with Angela's reactions to Oscar and Dwight passing. And Dwight died a hero! Of course!

:( That's so sad. This almost seems like an entry into another, bigger story. Thanks for this peek into a sacred moment in Stanley's life.

Larry--  All of these are great, but his Michael one? It's perfect. It's heartbreakingly sweet and wonderful. Wow.

Really touching.  Nice to see that Jim lives to a ripe old age.

This is beautifully done!  Angela crying the hardest at Oscar's funeral really got to me.  For some reason, the dynamic in the Accounting corner fascinates me!  Question: What made you decide to change some of the dates of birth?  For most of them, I see you've stuck with the actor's birth year, but you made Toby, Dwight and Phyllis younger.  It just surprised me, because Toby and Dwight definitely seem more like they're 40 than 32, to me.  Just wondering!

Kinda a weird thing to be asking here, but can Jim and Pam die in their sleep (together) when they are like 90?

Question: They all seem to die kind of sad and/or in violent ways.

IS Dunder Mifflin cursed?

Author's Response:

Well I try to make it somewhat upbeat. But yeah, they probably are cursed. Time to call in Zelda Rubinstein.

Thanks for the comment!

I don't watch Six Feet Under but this is definitely translatable in any way.  It's so quietly, understatedly beautiful.  (So what if Firefox is telling me "understatedly" isn't a word - it works.)  And it's so sad, but somehow, I smile at the end of most of them anyway!  Great job, and I can't wait to see the rest of it!

Author's Response: Yeah, I try to balance the sadness with a little bit of hope and happiness at the same time. I'm really glad you like these. Thanks for the review!

Now I actually feel sorry for Ryan. *cries* But I love you for slipping that 'Bernard' in.

Author's Response: Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it!

Oh, this was wonderful!  I actually have tears in my eyes now.  Poor Stanley.  Excellent writing, and excellent idea!  Very unique fic.

Author's Response: Sorry for the tears! I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reading!

Oh Meredith, just when she was finally not permanantly hung over.  What a crappy way to go.

 But, GOOD JOB!

i'm definitely into this, but i'm worried about how you'll deal with the central characters. potential to be really sad! but yes, the series finale from six feet under was totally incredible. great idea to mix with our beloved office.

Author's Response: It will definitely be very hard to write the central character deaths. Thanks for your review!

Morbid as it may be, I really love this idea.  The ending of Six Feet Under was the most satisfying ending of any show I ever loved.  I felt incredibly at peace with it.  So, of course, I love the idea being applied to The Office.  Looking forward to more!

Author's Response:

I completely agree with you about the SFU ending. So perfectly done. Thanks for the review and 'll keep em coming!

Ahhh, you killed Stanley. So, so sad, and very effective use of words in such a small space.

Author's Response: Thank you for the kind review!

Oooh, intriguing. I haven't seen an episode of that show but I'm thinking that won't matter so much. I'm a huge fan of your work, larrymcg, so I'm looking forward to this. :)

Author's Response: Wow, thank you very much! I hope I don't disappoint.

I never cried so much at a tv show as I did for that last ep of Six Feet Under.

This is an interesting concept.  But please, make Jim and Pam immortal ;-)

Author's Response: Jim and Pam immortal? Now that's a concept for a fic! Probably not this one, though. :-)

Talk about mixed emotions - I was sad for Stanley but happy Jim and Pam were married. I imagine the ones to follow will be more in the sad vein. Cool idea for a series of 55-word-ers.

Author's Response: Thanks for the review! Yeah, it will be sad, but I plan to continue to balance some of these out with a bit of bittersweet hope.

I've never seen Six Feet Under, larry, but this sure translates without any problem.

Rest in Peace, Stanley.  Good job, larrymcg!

Author's Response: Thanks for the review, TLK!

What a fantastic idea.  That was the most wonderful tv ending ever so I can't wait to see how it's interpreted here.  Overall I would expect that this will be sad, however in your very capable hands I'm sure it'll turn out great.

Author's Response: It will definitely be sad, but I hope to add a touch of humor here and there. Thanks for the review!

What a clever idea for a story. I own all 5 seasons of six feet under on dvd and absolutely loved the style in which they chose to end the series. I look forward to reading the rest of these .

Author's Response: It was a great ending to that show, wasn't it? Thanks for reading and reviewing.

I loved the ending of that show, I had it on my DVR for months and would watch it over and over still bringing tears to my eyes. I am so glad you're writing this. You are an excellent writer and I know you will do this whole collection proud.

Author's Response: Wow! Thank you very much. If I even approach your writing skill, then I'll be happy.
