Now I actually feel sorry for Ryan. *cries* But I love you for slipping that 'Bernard' in.

Author's Response: Thank you so much. I'm glad you liked it!

OMG!  Can't believe that I missed the Bernard the first time around!!!  I guess it just looked natural to me.  I hope you don't mind that I am now madly in love with you.

Author's Response: Heh, everyone seems to miss that on the first reading. Madly in love with me? I think I can live with it. :-)

Once again, absolutely brilliant.  You captured Ryan's resistance to Kelly's love so perfectly in just a few words, and you managed to make me feel sorry for him, something that rarely happens for me!  Beautiful writing.  This is such a wonderful fic, I can't wait to read the rest!

Author's Response: Yeah, I think Ryan is a prick but he will regret being one later on in life. Thank you for all your reviews on these!

Oh! *sniff*  Again, you really got me with that last paragraph.  Such a tragic, beautiful sentiment.  So well written, such beautiful simplicity, it tugged on my heart strings from the second sentence.

Author's Response: Thank you so much. This was a hrd one to write, so I'm glad you liked it.

Oh my god!  Now I'm really crying.  Oh, such a dramatic exit for Oscar.  And I love the fact that Angela was the most torn up about it.  Oscar and Angela have such a wonderful relationship, and you really captured that with just that one line at the end.  Perfect.

Author's Response: I do love their friendship that developed in season 3. I hope it continues next season.

Ha, that's hilarious!  Definitely the way that Creed would go out.

Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Thanks for reading!

Oh, this was wonderful!  I actually have tears in my eyes now.  Poor Stanley.  Excellent writing, and excellent idea!  Very unique fic.

Author's Response: Sorry for the tears! I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reading!

Kandy R.I.P.  So sad it took Ryan over 20 years to figure out his mistake....

Author's Response:

Yep, but at least Kelly found happiness.

Thanks for reading!

this one, and the blurb about phyllis, really got to me. ouchc, poor ryan. i'm worried that this is only going to get more and more sad... yet i can't stop reading!

Author's Response:

At the very least, the further we go, the longer lives each of the characters will have lead.

Thanks for reading!

OMG firthgal will adore you. How very poetic, Larry. I love every single one of these.

Author's Response: Poetic? Wow! Thanks again, DM!

and i just noticed the last name - bernard- as i was hitting submit! :O

Author's Response:

I had to slide that one in there to have at least something happy in this story.

aww, poor kelly and poor ryan. i like this one (odd i know), but it brings out a less... jerky... quality to ryan.

Author's Response: Yeah, I think he's gonna regret letting her go. He wouldn't have put up with her so long if he truly didn't care for her.

these always make me sad, why do i keep reading them?

Author's Response: I don't know, but I'm glad you haven't stopped yet! Hopefully I've kept enough happiness in them to balance it out somewhat.

"...he was just Bob"

He didn't need Vance Refrigeration to make him who he was, Phyllis did that for him. So adorable.

Author's Response: Thanks, DM! I'm so glad you liked it!

Sigh.  These are very sad, and will get sadder I'm sure.  I am waiting for Packer's comeuppance, though.

Author's Response:

Unfortunately, I am only including regular cast members in this (with one exception), so I did not plan for Packer. It's certainly enticing to add him, but we're past the point I would have killed him. However, let's just imagine he dies in the most painful, horrible, humiliating way possible.

Rest in Peace, Phyllis.  I like how Phyllis's influence changed BVVR to just Bob.  I guess he figured out what was important in life.

Nice job, larrymcg.  This was such a great idea.

Author's Response: Thanks, TLK! I really love the relationship between them and I wanted to honor it here.

Ohh, that's devastating. The worst kind of irony. For her to get her life together just for it to end that way! :(

Author's Response:

This one was inspired by a specific SFU episode. Tough way to go, but at least she got it together before it happened. Thanks for the review!

wow... she finally got sober just to have a life end like that. i am sure there is some sort of karma or anything but it does suck

Author's Response: Yeah, it does, but at least she was happy for a change. Thanks for the review!

Awww. What bitter irony.  Poor Meredith.

Author's Response: Yeah, that was a hard one to write, but at least she rebounded before it happened.

Oh no!  How ironic for Meredith to go that way.  Poor Meredith!

One thing, I think her birth year was earlier...she turned 46 in Season 1 (The Alliance).

Well, at least Meredith went out on a high point.  I guess there's something to be said for that!

Nice job with these.  Who's next to die???? (Italics = spooky voice)

Author's Response: Thanks for the correction on her birth date! I was just using their real life birth dates and completely forgot hers was mentioned on the show. Thanks for the review.

Oh, poor Oscar!  I love that it was Angela Schrute (yes, I caught that part - nice) who cried hardest.  They really do have a bit of a friendship, don't they?

This may tie with Stanley as my favorite.

Oh Meredith, just when she was finally not permanantly hung over.  What a crappy way to go.

 But, GOOD JOB!

Wow how very Sam Kinison-esque.

Excellent job, again Larry. I like to see how the Schrutes and Halperts are doing these days.

Author's Response: Thanks, DM! Don't little Schrutes sound so scary? Yikes!

LARRY!!  Why must you kill everyone off so!?!  Did you secretly write Charlie off of "Lost", too?

Author's Response: Nah, I don't think I would've had it in me to kill a hobbit, but I'd kill Sawyer in a heartbeat.
