Author's Response: Thanks! Sorry it's taken me so long to get the updates going. I've been hit with a bit of writer's block but I think I've freed it up. So hopefully I'll have another on in the next week.

I liked Pam's conversation with her mom. I felt it was very realistic and haven't read any other stories present it quite this way. That plaintive "What did he expect of me, mom?" is just what I think Pam would've felt.

Author's Response: Thank you! It's nice to hear that it felt realistic. I always imagine Pam only being able to really talk about things with her mother. Roy's so oblivious to everything Pam related and of course she couldn't say anything to Jim. I just figure she rambles when given the chance to discuss what's going on in her head.
