This chapter reminded me. Where I work, there is a family of hispanics living next door. One of the kids was shouting out "I just want to ask the african americans a question!" and kept running over to the fence to climb over. It took me a while to explain to him that 1) he is not allowed on the fence, 2) they are hispanics, not african americans!
Author's Response: LOL... wow. That is interesting... lol.. personally, I don't mind if someone calls me black. "African American" is nice but a bit too PC for my tastes. Oh well... it doesn't insult me, I guess...
