iheartcreed's review said everything I was feeling (and a zillion times better than I could have.)  This was beautiful and amazing and I just loved it. And it's going in my favorites, too.

This is definitely one of the best Jim/Pam proposals EVER. It's not big and show-y and it's completely in character...and it just screams Jim and Pam. So thank you for that...we don't see it often!

Wow, this is definitely a stand out among the Casino Night and on genre. I love how you integrated the song. A lot of times people use songs and it will intrude on the story, but it served as a great guide here, and its beautiful. I especially like how your sections start It would be...if it weren't... They work so well and seem so carefully crafted that they really demand respect and appreciation from the reader. Something unusual that you did, and I personally enjoy, is that you made it ok for them to talk about the past. Sure you made reference to it being a touchy subject in the beginning, but that is long gone. That remains a point of tension in many stories, and I think that hinders the relationship. You let them have a truly complete and happy ending. I admit to shedding a tear. Very well written, unique structure. Added to my favorites.

When I saw this title I got a warm happy feeling. I have been moved and somewhat obsessive about the movie ONCE. I have seen Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova perform live as The Swell Season and they are magical. Truly and inspiring - they leave you with a warm, happy and hopeful feeling. Much like your story sillyrabbit.

Awww! That was too freaking adorable. Possibly the best proposal scene ever.

Very nice job with this story.  I love that you used those lyrics.  That song screams, "Jim and Pam" to me.  If I knew how, I would make a fanvid to that song.  I even know what clips I'd use.  Maybe someone will someday.

I really liked how you had Jim use the phrase "I can't" with Karen and how terrible he feels because he knows what it's like being the rejected one.

And the proposal in bed?  Awesome!  And very them.

*Lets out a resounding contented sigh*
I love a hefty dose of angsty fluff in the morning! :)
This was quite lovely. You expressed all the ups and downs of the past few seasons so well. Fabulous job!

Stunning.  Man oh man.  You are so sneaky:  "...he thought about how part of this was Hollywood's fault..For making him think that he would sweep in and she would just swoon." and then "Definitely swooned...Well, Jim grins. I'll be." Love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!  From start to finish, this was just so GOOD.  In case you didn't guess, I really like this story : )

Le sigh.

And then there it was. She had called off her wedding for him.
Which, if he was going to be at all honest with himself, he had always kind of hoped for.

Love the little monologue going on in Jim's head here. And I also love the swoony, happy Hollywood-style ending.  Because if we can't have a happily ever after here, what's the point?

Excellent. Really, really nice. "The dangerous enigma that was Pam Beesly". That's a great line.
