Husband sick, kids driving me crazy . . . REALLY wish I would have saved this chapter for later in the day so I had something to look forward to. But no, I gobbled it down first thing this morning (just like that beef 'n cheddar) because I just. couldn't. wait. Hope your family appreciates the discomfort they are putting us all through until the next update ;-) Great job as always. Just a few favorite bits:

  • his non-evil twin
  • Come and get it in Marks-A-Lot on the crotch of her pants
  • that smile she’s grown so accustomed to, the one with the one cheek lifted (I can totally picture this, BTW
  • Ok, wow, dysfunction, party of one?

I am so excited for Casino Night I can't even tell you.

Come on Pam lighten up!  I hope that Jim doesn't give up on The Plan.  I can't wait for the best chapter.  Just one of my favorite lines was "she’d wrapped his cut up in that band-aid, strapping it on there like she was some health teacher with a banana."

The Arby's in the dressing room just cracked me up.  All I could think of was Jim saying "Arby's is the worst," in that sexy voice in her bathroom.  Hee.

I love how she's so close to losing it that she even tells him he should have kissed her.  I think he'll have a chance to practice during the next episode of the show!  Bring it on!

Oh my gosh. I absolutely love this whole 'everyone wants something else until they have it and then they just want the old again' dynamic (if that makes sense). And Jim being nice. This AU Jim you've create has become so real to me that I find "nice Jim" odd just like AU Pam does. Okay I'm rambling. SO excited to see how this turns out.

Hello, my name is Alli and I'm an addict. This is my first meeting and...what? What did you ask? What am I addicted to? Well, um...cigarettes? No, not that. No, it isn't alcohol either. No, no drugs. It's, ah, um....OK it's fanfic. But not just any fanfic! It's got to be stablergirl fanfic.... Kidding? Um, no, no, I'm not kidding. Well, just read "I just want to be famous" and it will all become clear. Seriously! *sigh* Look, can we just move on to someone else? I'll share later -- mmmkay?

Honestly, I think you could update this fic like once an hour and it wouldn't feel fast enough! There were SO many moments in this fic that made me laugh out loud, I couldn't begin to list them all. This part though is perhaps my favorite:

Except she kind of misses the hostility. She kind of liked the hostility.

Ok, wow, dysfunction, party of one?

I thought that Jim bringing her a beef 'n cheddar was a really sweet gesture with the added bonus of unnerving her even more than he already had. I adored how undone Pam's become now that Jim's being nice to her. Go Jim! And her final request for him to go back to being rude and selfish and egotistical made me snort with laughter. Totally brilliant!

I know this is probably my least eloquent review to date, but surely you know by now how much I absolutely love this story. 'Cause I do -- to distraction! I'll be checking back rediculously soon just hoping for an update.

Hope you are enjoying your visit with your family! And the next time they tell you that you are typing too loudly just explain that your fans NEED you. (We really do!)

    Happy Easter!

Good Lord. I had to sign up for a MTT account just so I could exclaim in a review how much I am loving this story. Everything about it. The characters are just so backward and perfectly wrong, or maybe wrongly perfect, and they somehow work SO WELL. Not to mention the hilarity and excellence of the writing style. Oh man. Keep it coming.

The thing that sets you apart: perfect example: you don't say "marker" or "black marker" or "permanent marker" you write "Marks-A-Lot" and that makes me laugh right out loud- the imagery is so strong! Wow. Other great imagery: lip tapping, hose burn, dancing babies and cardigans, really the whole thing. And Pam LIKES the hostility! YES!! That's what I'm talking about! Because it's her defense against the fact that she wants him so bad her teeth hurt.

And I love that they're filming- because its the set we know (but not), and the story we're familiar with (but different) and the characters we love (but deeper somehow, in this world). Love. Could you please stretch this story out through Casino Night... think what all you could do... them doing the read throughs, filming the episode all out of order, maybe some of the dialogue we know so well was improv? Whatever you come up with will be great I know.

Sometimes I'm reading a great premise from a mediocre writer, and I just think "I wish someone else (Stablergirl)were writing this and could do it justice", but with you I have never once been let down with how things played out. YOu have never created an itch that you did not then scratch-- and that is talent. So, um, thanks!

Happy Easter to you, Stablergirl, and happy Easter to me because of you.  As has been the case, too many good lines to quote here, but I do so love the last line...and I do so love me some beef 'n cheddar : )  If you turn out this kind of chapter under unusual circumstances, I can't wait until you're back to being your usuall sleep-deprived, maniacal self.  I mean that in a very good way.

I'm actually pretty embarrassed with how many times I checked to see if this story had been updated, so I have you to blame for that since it's you who is writing this amazing story... but all is forgiven because I loved this chapter!

Oh, Miss Pam, bubbling over with frustration and misplaced lust.  Love the bit about the banana and the man cardigan.

Oh, and how it's a good thing Conflict Resolution has a lot of tension.  Just wait till you have to film Casino Night, girlie!

Also, so..if they are filming Conflict Resolution then I guess they would be filming Casino Night soon, huh?  Gotta start practicing for that kiss ;)

Okay, the 'pre-sex first aid ritual' is truly inspired as is the Sharpie message on the crotch of her pants.  Oh, these two are so transparent, it's fabulous.  That beef n cheddar's gonna make her forget all about Graham, that's for sure.

Oh, Jim is so clever!  I loved Dwight in this chapter, just playing with him like he's a puppy.  Every chapter, I'm just shaking my head thinking, "how did she DO that?"

OK, so here I am at damn near 3 in the morning.  Checking for updates on I just wanted to be famous.  Killing time with Web Sudoku.  Checking for updates on I just wanted to be famous.  And it finally paid off!  Yay!

I just LOVE that Pam is pissed that Jim didn't plant a good one on her!  Poor guy can't win for losing with her.  This has officially become my favorite story of all time on MTT.

Tell your parents you are entertaining the masses!  Thanks for posting.  I hope the bunny is good to you!

I can't wait to see how Pam reacts to the Plan.  I'm so happy that Jim finally see what is putting Pam off.  i just hope that Pam gets herself together.  I loved the last three lines of this chapter:

instead of saying God, Sunshine, how much have you missed my hot body? he says “Morning, Pam.”  And she does a double take. And that is just oh, so satisfying.

    Brilliant.

This story is just so intriguing and well written.  I love that you're able to update so quickly.  I just reread everything and I love how the two of them are gradually lowering their defenses around each other.  This snarky Jim is so funny, and I want to know how come every time Pam thinks about Jim, he shows up.  That never works for me.  Oh, and I agree with Jim.  The bandaid business was totally hot.  Keep ratcheting up that Sexual Tension, SG!
