What a nice story, MA! I haven't really been reading much fic lately (okay, almost no fic), but I always like the "how could things have been different" stories, and when you mentioned it was post-Diwali, well...you had me at post-Diwali.
Something like this should have happened! It's one of my JAM-fantasies come true. Good job. :)

Oh yay! This was such a sweet little "what if..." It's so nice to see S3 resolved so quietly (and quickly - take that GD!) Writing is fun when you haven't done it in a while right???
