Dr. McNulty & Nurse Mindi sound wonderful! I enjoyed the Jim and Pam's bantering and lightheartedness of this chapter. I have a feeling you're lulling us into complacent before hitting us with the serious stuff.

So far the best chapter yet, you're writing them so perfectly in character that I can see it all in my head =)
I hope they stop her contractions - ohhhhhh the drama :)
