You handled this inevitable situation in just the right way IMHO. Jim's response to CeCe's plight was perfectly in character. Clever of you to have Pam working late. Great job, ivy!

The way you write Jim as a father seems so in character to the way he would deal with this situation. She's a lucky girl to have him as a daddy.

I'm really enjoying this, ivy! I think you're doing a fine job of creating both a believable relationship and handling Cece's maturing. I think you can continue till she's about 35!

You handled Jim perfectly, He reacted just as I thought he would. Like you said, he's a sensitive guy, but he isn't OVERLY sensitive where he needs his man card removed lol. You're also writing Cece BRILLIANTLY!!! Poor thing, this is definitely not the thing you want to talk to Dad about lol

I definitely think this was in-character. I must've missed something somewhere, though, because I couldn't figure out why Pam was working at a high school! At first, I thought maybe that was Cecelia's school, but a 12 year old would be in middle school, so that's not it... Was it in another chapter and I just totally missed it?
Author's Response: Yeah, I think it was the...age 9 chapter, there's a bit of history that says after Dunder Mifflin shuts down, Jim became sales director at another office supplies company (Jay's Business Systems, actually a Scranton company) and Pam became sophomore guidance counselor at a high school.
