Okay, there's a lot of fun stuff here, but both Oscar and Meredith immediately hitting on Jim (and maybe Phyllis too, in her own subtler way) is my favorite.

Very interesting getting into his head as he meets everyone. Yet at the same time Pam is always kind of there in his mind. Like he's looking for her as a way to stay sane in what he's discovering is a pretty crazy office. Nice touch with that.
