Ugh. I feel your pain, David - and it's nice to know the camera crew was just as irritated with Ryan as I was.
Author's Response: I always appreciated that BJ let Ryan be so, so awful. I bet that was fun for him, now that I think about it. This was the idea that sparked this piece, I believe-- I couldn't decide if I wanted it to be a Kelly/cameraperson thing or a Meredith/cameraperson thing. Once I decided "both" then I had to round it out with the rest.

I really love this one, because this reaction to Ryan is so realistic and human. This whole concept is brilliant.

Ha! I didn't really think of it, but you're right. The idea of a camera person falling in love with Kelly is what sparked this whole thing, actually. Thank you.
