I really felt for Pam in this chapter. Jim giving her the cold shoulder after getting upset over her conversation with Karen - and then Valentine's Day when neither had plans, and Jim didn't offer any... Sigh.

This is great! I like that Karen pushed Pam, because Jim's lying could only get him in trouble. I enjoy the slow progression between Jim and Pam, which I think is very much how I see this unfolding once they are both single!

Very nice chapter! I love how you had Karen be totally awesome and not a raving *****, as so many people try to make her. I'm so glad you have Pam and Jim "chatting" - can't wait to see what you're going to pull out next!
