Jim replies back: "I promise. Just as long as you don't throw pencils at me."

He hears Pam giggle behind him. It takes all the willpower in him to not turn around. Karen is already jealous at the fact that he and Pam were talking for a long time. Frankly, he really didn't care. He has noticed since he got back that he and Pam haven't been hanging out and he really wanted to mend it.

Jim adds more to his IM message: "We should totally go mini-golfing again."

It was Pam's 25th birthday. It landed on a weekday, though.

Chapter End Notes:

Ooo... the infamous pencil is about to come up... and it's a good one. ;) Update on Friday. Yeah, ya hear me correctly. Friday. [insert evil laugh]

Feedback to a fanfic writer is like chocolate to hormonal woman who's is 8 months pregnant with her 12th child. And also apparently Sora since she just typed that sentence... and is currently talking about herself in third person.
