As Pam pulled into the Dunder Mifflin parking lot Monday morning, she turned and grinned ruefully at Jim in the passenger seat.

“Ready, hot shot?” she smirked. Jim fixed her with a glare half teasing and half terrified. “It’s just Hank,” murmered Pam as they walked to the entrance, “You’ll be fine.”

Jim shook his head slowly, catching Pam’s teasing grin as his head turned towards hers. He opened the door to find Hank glaring at him from behind his station. Jim squared his shoulders and put on his best apologetic grin. Time for some serious sucking up. As he made his way over to the desk he felt Pam’s hand slip into his, and she gave him a reasurring squeeze.

It was Monday morning, and it was time to make it as right as any morning in Dunder Mifflin, Scranton, could be.
