Bio:
Married with a 10 year old. Just "discovered" the Office (2011) because Tivo kept insisting I'd enjoy it. And in three weeks, I have managed to watch nearly every episode through season 6.

This (mtt) is an awesome site, with so, so many fics. I've already enjoyed several hours reading them, but before I continue, I wanted to register so I post my thanks to the authors.

Comments: This was such an excellent story. You really did a great job capturing the depression and making the suicidal plans seem plausible. I'm not sure how quickly Jim would really bounce back from such lows, but the pneumonia/hospital stay would have gotten him through the worst of it; the drugs, sleeping, nutrition, and 24 hour care were what he needed and he could hide behind his illness for the rest til he was emotionally strong enough to come out of the funk and embarrassment. Loved the violence of the gun, the worry of his serious infection, the anxiety of not knowing if Pam was going to Stamford in time. And thank heavens for Emily making Jim wait one more day, and also for being the one bright spot in his life. Sometimes fanfic authors try to tackle a very serious topic (like anorexia, for example) and it just doesn't work. They either simplify it (within a week the star is very skinny and everyone notices and someone says have a sandwich and I love you and problem solved) or the author delves into the subject way more than a fanfic needs because the author has personal experience with the issue and is working out his or her pain through it. This story, however, was just great. You got the emotions out, the characters right, and the details accurate without boring the reader (or make us feel we are reading your diary). And yeah, I've never understood how the finger thing measures the oxygen level in your blood either. Creepy or cool? Anyway. Thanks so much for the really great story.

Pam and Jim decide to get it out of their system...Literally. This idea just wouldn't get out of head, especially after all the fight fics, I figure there has to be another way to get rid of the sexual tension- why not actual 'casual' sex. Oh and it's going to really backfire. P.S. This is way fluffier than my usual stuff AND almost finished too. So there's that.
