This is really cute- no idea if you're ever going to update again but if it means anything... I'd really like to read more!

Okay, you and I must differ on the definition of sucking because this was a great chapter. Too short definitely (mostly I just want the entire story to appear now) but I'm improving along with Pam- for this chapter I only had tears in my eyes instead of outright sobbing.

I really like that you're taking her improvement slowly, no miracle cures.

Author's Response: Haha, ya know, I read it, and it didn't sound like me.  That's why I didn' like this chapter.  But I'm happy that you did.  You really notice that I'm trying to make Pam come back slowly, and that rocks.  I think the main reason this story is kinda hard for me to write is because I want Pam to be better right now so I can write some of the fluffy stuff, but it's kinda like pulling teeth.  That fact that you appricaite her slowly recovery really means a lot.  But her recovery can't be too slow because that would just be. . .mean of me.

Huh, wow. You're quite the writer- to the point where I'd continue reading, regardless of who the characters were. Nicely descriptive too, you fleshed out the setting well.

There were a few typo's though that got distracting, but that's a minor quibble.

Author's Response: LOL. That's a huge compliment because whenever I start reading fanfiction, and they indroduce new characters, I skip over that part.  And I was a little worried others would do the same.  So thank you!

I'm a little worried about this compulsion I have to drop everything and read your story every time I see an update. Very creative- particularly the math cheers. Forget this 'going out of town, I have a life' thing and get writing!

Ahh, I'm just ridiculously excited for each new chapter. Although I'm feeling spoiled with the quick updates and yes.. I think I want to chase that feeling.

Oooh, pent up Scully, Jim's black sweater and quick updates. I love it. In a perfect world Pam would come back from lunch wearing her pretty blue Casino Night dress.

I'm also thinking the Mulder's TH could really end every episodes of the X-Files.

Thank you!!! I know, who doesn't love that Mulder/Scully tension?  I mean honestly.  And I thought I'd try to get that to seep into Pam and Jim a little bit with the throw back.  Glad you liked it ;-)

And I agree, basically the TH is Mulder's thoughts on pretty much everything lol.

Creepy, definitely creepy. But that's to be expected of a crossover X-Files fic (that being the only show that's ever caused me to sleep with a light on. Creepy spiders. Scared me silly).

Also, I knew basements couldn't be trusted. Good chapter- the atmosphere really adds to the overall story.

This is such a lovely story. I love the contrast between the starkness of the hospital and the ethereal sense of being in a dream.

Jim's a doofus. Your story's fantastic (as usual) but it is reminding me that I sometimes wish that 1) Jim was real and 2) that I could travel in time and go back to last year and smack him upside the head. I'd settle for Pam smacking him upside the head though.

Man, if I was Pam I'd be ticked that Jim didn't remember anything. Oh well, who doesn't love a chance to have a do-over.

This is fantastic, I love stories that show the fine line of love & hate. And 3 chapters already up for my perusal, extra fantastic. But you know, when you raise expectations by updating quickly, people get cranky when you don't. :-)
