You know it's a good story when a simple car ride is worthy of it's own chapter.  I really do love jealous!Jim.  And why do I feel like Jackson and Pam aren't as romantically involved as Jim is worried they are?? :-)

Aw, one of your favs? That's high praise! I feel like I should give you partial credit though since I never would have gotten so hooked on office fic if it weren't for your stories. And the fact that I was so hooked is what compelled me to write, so in a way it's all your fault!

My personal hiatus will be filled with a trip to the other side of the country and then a move back to school, so it's a little of both as far as things I want/have to do.

It is terribly sad, but I find it tragically believable.  If those two really never do get together (Ed. Note: Yes, I know they really are FICTIONAL characters!), they'll always be missing a part of themselves.  I think in this version of Jim someplace deep inside he expected he'd find her again one day.  When he finds out that there are no more 'one days' he simply dies.  First inside, then out.
