Oh, this was much needed comfort reading after long week of creating Halloween costumes!

As much as I’d like this to go on for longer than the 31 I’m getting really excited for when I can read it all the way through, complete.

I think it's actually going to hit right on to 31 chapters at a point I feel comfortable with, though I do like this universe in general. So the completionist in you (and in me) will be able to zoom through it very soon.  

Ha! No, I really didn’t expect smut in this story.
It was just me being silly, finding it a funny coincidence that costumes happened to follow the ending of the last chapter.
Don’t worry, this chapter definitely did not disappoint.

Oh, Kelly rambling was too funny! Especially about a criminal in a “Roy costume” causing my brain to shoot to that “Edgar Suit” scene in MIB.
Very creative use of “costume” I love it!

Author's Response: Thank you so much! This style of writing is a bit outside of my comfort zone, so I’m glad to hear that you liked it! I’m finding that it’s a lot more difficult to keep characters in character outside of an office setting, so it’s reassuring to hear you like my Creed!

Aww.. this was nice. I can’t decide which is motivating Pam more here, that little bit of courage bubbling up or that bit of desperation she’s feeling from the loss of Jim and Roy and then having this reunion happen all at the same time. Maybe all of the above, but in the end the courage definitely wins out and paid off in a big way!

I definitely wouldn’t mind more if you’re up for it…

I think the desperation is what makes her text initially but the courage keeps her on the phone. 

And I'll consider expanding this if I have more bright ideas about where it should go. I do like pre-S3 Jam.

In my mind this really could have been set at any time that we knew Pam while she was still with Roy. She was far too dependent on him but not near as emotionally attached as she would like to have thought. Without her realizing it, it all shifted to another mans smile.

This one was very sweet, I always liked how they were very subtle about putting the beds together. It was never mentioned in the show, just something for us fans to hopefully notice. Very well done, I hope we get more from you.

I really don’t know how to adequately review this, I just love this universe so much.
I can’t even begin to express how happy I am that you intend a third installment. This second part did a great job of filling in a lot of blanks and moving the story forward but I still have so many questions! Especially about their future.

Also, it would be great if you could use the “series” feature our site offers. Basically, this will put a link at the end of Freedom First directly to Safety First. If you are unsure how to go about this I can do it for you.

Thanks so much for reading and for the review.  =) I'm taking a bit of a break from writing--it's been over six months since I have, and I'm starting to feel burnt out. If I rush this, it's going to suck! May be more than a month until it's ready, sorry about that. I'm hoping to get some vacation time in January, which may help.

So familiar...This is pretty much the number one argument in my home.

I had a brief fan girl moment when I saw the summary for this as NLM and I often discuss which movies will adapt well to jam fic... we had discussed Ryan/Hanks movies a few months ago. So this is amazing.

Seeing as I'm trying to remember back to my own youth, it's good to know that I'm at least sounding familiar to someone going through a similar argument now. 

 I'm a huge fan of all the plays/musicals/movies this is trying to draw on, so I'm hoping this will live up to that kind of hype. Obviously since I'm starting before S1 (with a goal of going into S2) it'll be a little bit of a slow build, but I'm hoping it's worth the wait.
