Okay, first of all I'm a guy-are there any others writing here? Yes, I am of course in love with Jenna Fischer and with the fictional character she has created. And I would totally have a beer and watch some hoops with Jim Halpert.
I've never written romantic stuff in my life; this show just brings it out of me. My stories here are sort of little daydreams that seem somehow therapeutic to me. You can usually count on happy endings from my stuff; plenty of heartache on the actual show.

Excellent work. Very real. There is really nothing quite like the feeling of wanting things to be okay but not being able to get there. This piecethe captured that feeling. These two are having to live their lives and relate to each other with this huge unresolved tension. I appreciated this peek into how it might go

I haven't reviewed a story here in forever, but I wanted to say how much I appreciate this fic. You do an excellent job writing dialogue, and you have a good take on the characters. This fic will not be for everyone, but I dig it. I actually think the downtrodden Pam of S1 and S2 is only a few wrong turns away from your version here. Jim is a bit more of a stretch but you've written him well enough I can go along for the ride.
