Valentine's Day comes and goes at Dunder Mifflin. Pam is conflicted. Spoilers up to The Return.
Based on the events of Casino Night, Pam's thoughts in poetry format.
Spoilers for Casino Night and Gay Witch Hunt.
A few thoughts about how it'll be whenever Pam and Jim finally get things right. Intended to write a drabble, but it came out a little long.
Sometimes Jim hears about how people do crazy things when they've got nothing left to lose, but he's never been that kind of person.
Set during Conflict Resolution.
This is along the same lines as my other Away From the Cameras, in the sense that I'm exploring scenes that might have happened off-camera (or simply those that we didn't get to see).
A few things: First, I'm working on the assumption that a lot of what I wrote in the AFtC for season II stands (though I likely won't reference any of it here), up until Casino Night. (Clearly I was quite off about what happened after the kiss...heh.)
Second, there will be flashbacks filling in the blanks of what happened immediately after CN (how long did Jim work? how did he and Pam ultimately leave things? how did she end things with Roy? how did Jim find out about her cancelling the wedding?); the flashbacks will happen largely in the chapters pre-merger (to keep things interesting for Jim/Pam fans during their physical separation).
Jim. From Casino Night to post The Return. Sometimes things go in a circle.

He knows she smiles behind her book when he gets up, stands behind her, puts his hands on her shoulders and tells her that she brings balance to the force.
Stanley and the simple pleasures in life. Spoilers for Traveling Salesmen.
She's broken the ice the silence and
She waits.
[An attempt at a slightly different writing style. / Spoilers up to the latest episode.]
Pam spends some time thinking about a recent discovery and trying to figure out just how she's going to handle it.

Not for the faint-heartened - extremely dark Jim. Having read a self-help book on "moving on and getting on with your life" Jim Halpert starts a journal to get over Pam.
