Wow! Sensitive Roy! Always a shocker. Trying to put these thoughtful words inside his neanderthal body was difficult for me until I got into the groove. An interesting groove - he can't articulate the complex thoughts that are ruining his life. On reread, I was glad to see you never have him actually speak aloud any of these thoughts. I think he would be incapable of it.

This is a beautiful Roy POV. I was scared to read it, but somehow loved every part, especially: You can’t even begin to figure her out anymore. It really struck a chord with me. Roy loves her so much, but just can't quite be that guy.

this is absolutely amazing!! i'm crying! lol
i used to think that roy was a jerk; but now after re-watching some episodes, i've realized that he isn't a jerk. this story really captures roy's good sensitive side that i really think he has. simply beautiful! great work!

I've read and commented on this before, but I wanted to say something again because it makes my stomach hurt. I ache for Roy and I ache for Pam and I want to cry for both of them. Beautiful, as usual.

First, I love the second-person POV. It's like someone is making him admit all of this to himself. And I like fics that give Roy more dimension. Nice job :)
