That is a lot of eggs they are eating. But, sex does burn calories... and I have a feeling that they are going to continue doing a lot of that.
Okay, um, so is it wrong to want to quote every line in this as making me giggle/smile/be happy/i love? because then the review would be longer than the story... and I am not sure. But, if I could, i would.
Except I was really really really glad that it was next to the stove, not on the stove, because that wouldn't have been a good ending... pam being rushed to the hospital for burns along her backside.
I was wondering why it had a horizontal scroll. And then I got to Kelly.

Oh Shan! This was just wayyyy too great. You know you rock hardcore and here are a few reasons why (from this chapter anyways!)
1) "Just then a wild cougar growled" - this line had me laughing out loud and I was like What?! Did she turn this into a bad!fic? Then I kept reading and it made sense. Hilarious!
2) The glowing belly button line was just.... so Jim.
3) Kelly's new word for the dictionary is hysterical! I couldn't even read the whole thing it's so long. I can't wait until THAT word becomes part of the show ;)
4) I love the aftermath and how you tied up the pieces with Karen and made her not let Jim say the cliched break up lines.
I'm going to miss beta'ing this!! You must now come up with another masterpiece I can read this summer when you arrive back in the states!! Get on that Shan ;) (twss)
Anyways, after what seems to be the longest review ever, to sum up: you're amazing, I loved it, and have fun on vacation!!!

So, a bit late in FINALLY reading this last chapter (at least, it seems it to me).... but there is tis thing called life, and it really was just screwing with me recently. So, now I get to read. YAY!
AND WOWZA, this is a long one... may be all I can do to finish it before class!
YAY! Its Dwight. This can only mean all sorts of fun stuff to follow - ham radio, he knows his address (stalker :P)
Why does Dwight nee two crowbars? Or do I not want to know?
And its so odd, but I mean, yes, Dwight is completely in character for all of this, but the one WORD that made it seem so Dwighty was that "Oh" I got all sorts of Dwight from those two letters.
I loved the fact he questioned whether it was Roy!
Don't worry Pam, I am pathetic enough that you have beaten me with number of First dates and sexual encounters.
I have to make a statement - NEVER MENTION SWISS ARMY KNIVES. second fic I read today (not that they were updated today as you can tell). But, my biology teacher has compared certain... um... parts of a male's body (okay, a male insects) body to a swiss army knife, and I cant get that image out of my head, so now every time I read it I start laughing and get all weirded out. And so, I will shut up now because that is quite possibly going to scare you.
I have an idea of wht Dwight whispers...
okay, I didn't thin Dwight said that, but it is even more something dwight would say than what I was thinking!
This is so the best story ever. And I may have said this about other stories, but I am pretty sure I am telling the truth, and will stick to that decision until after my class.

I have loved this story from the beginning, but your ending just completely blew me away. You capture all the character's voices and emotions SO well.
I love how you didn't have Jim and Pam fall into each other's arms after she came over. You made it so believable. You really captured Jim's anger/hurt/frustration and Pam's indecisiveness/fear/guilt, and yet the story flowed from tension and angst to just pure lovely so seamlessly. The fact that you can do this in 8 chapters and have it not seem contrived gives me hope that the writers of the show will be able to do the same thing by the end of the season. Please... Please... Please... Please!
The way you used Dwight was perfect. Its been said already, but I just wanted to reiterate.
Oh, and you made me remember why I love Jim so much... I was starting to forget.

I totally adore the interaction between Jim and Dwight. You have Dwight's voice down pat here and the way that Jim would interact with him. And,
"You know my address?” Jim asks, frowning.
“You sleep with a Ham radio on?” Pam adds, because that strikes her as the weirder detail."
This is great! I love the way that the three of them interact, it is spot on! And Dwight taking her back into the house, adorable!!! You know I have such a soft spot for caring, though odd and inappropriate, Dwight. And seriously the tool belt with canteens and crowbars is so Dwight and is hysterical, I can totally see it!
“This is a safe space. He can’t harm you here. And if he tries, I will incapacitate him with a series of Goju Ryu Karate moves, and then finish him off with my nunchucks. If that fails, spud gun.”
This may be the most wonderful thing Dwight has ever said. I think he really does care about Pam and like that he's here to protect her.
“I, for example, worship my girlfriend like the petite goddess she is.”
ROCK ON!
"Because I can stay the night and guard the front door.”
That is so Dwight!!!!
Ok so I can't pull out my favorite parts of the rest because I feel like everything from when he gets to her apartment till the end is perfection. I love how he tries to talk to her between kisses. It shows his desperation and passion and frankly made me a little weak in the knees. You really captured a romantic moment for JAM and I for one really enjoyed it from start to finish.
Speaking of, I know there is an epilogue to come, but I want to tell you right now that I think this story has been simply awesome and it is bar none one of my favorites on MTT! I know that you've worked very hard on this and you should be very proud. And you have to keep writing....just saying.

What an awesome ending for an awesome story! First off, Dwight arriving was PERFECT. I have imagined Dwight sleeping with a HAM radio (not that I've imagined Dwight in bed - I just realized how yuck that sounded). But the dialogue here between jim and dwight and then dwight and pam was just spot on and freaking HILARIOUS. I laughed out loud several times. And then of course Jim showing up at Pam's place - just not being able to be away from her for one more minute - perfect. Oh how I enjoyed this story! Can't wait for the epilogue. You rock!

Dwight is so good in this; you really have him down. I can just see him saying these things. Jim's interaction with Dwight is so perfect as well.
I love Jim kissing Pam while walking her backwards toward the bedroom. I just had the irreverent thought that the bedroom could be at the front of the house and he didn't notice the door, and he walked her to the linen closet. That would change the mood like... sneezing in hot chocolate, I guess (or am I mixing up fanfics?). Desperately gasping out a word or two between kisses was... niiice. I actually think Jim would have had Pam's address memorized and would have found it out even when he was in Stamford. And would have know exactly where it was from driving by at least once. It's only human nature. (Or... just me.)
Ghost reference. Just had to make sure you knew I got it. I'm totally one of the cool kids. Or, well, one of the old people who saw that in the theater. When it came out.

Good to the last drop. Oh wait, there's an epilogue - soon, I hope! Especially liked Jim racing over on his bike, and trying to explain, but not being able to stop kissing her. By the end of this chapter, I seriously wanted to take a bite out of him...so sweet and sexy and very, very Jim. And hooray for a Dwight cameo - like a bonus gift.
