Wow...I love this story more and more every chapter. I can't believe I had to wait this long to read it (I think MTT was down earlier?? maybe). And oh my goodness...I kept waiting for Jim to slip and Pam to figure out it's him. And...like Jim, I didn't want their conversation to end. I absolutely cannot wait for the next chapter!

I'm starting to really get into the old chat room feel here - people making very natural typos or bad timing, finding it difficult to keep track of who's who in the room because conversation goes too fast - I'm starting to wonder if someone else in there is from the office too! Very curious about this Vexin...
I'm torn because I'm starting to feel a little squicky about Jim taking advantage of Pam not knowing its him to get all this information, but at the same time I'm *loving* seeing all the things Pam says when there's no fear holding her back. There's a wealth of honesty in there just dying to burst out in person!
And Jim's excitement over the virtual hugs was just the cutest thing ever :)

Great chapter...I read it twice! I truly respect how hard it must be for you to type most of this in chat format.
Anyway, I just love this story, and can't wait to read how Jim will use what he's learned to his advantage. Will we have to wait until 'Monday', or will he make a move over the weekend. And will he ever tell Pam who Squirrel_McPants *really* is...?

Gah, this is my favorite chapter so far. I love the "inner monlogue" of Jim, because I loved that. And the part where Pam said "I", then messed up and started over is so true to life of a chatroom. Can't wait for more!

Okay. I think I can speak now. This? Is exactly why I don't generally read WIPs. I am seriously bouncing in my chair at work right now. I cannot begin to tell you how awesome this story is.
Jim and Pam are soooooo unbelievably in character. I could literally see this happening on the show. Jim's reactions and thoughts about Pam are exactly what I'm PRAYING he feels on the show.
I also have a feeling that Vexin is someone we know and love from the show. Or she's onto Mr. Squirrel. Or both. I don't know. I just love the whole thing.

Oh, this story... I am hooked. There is something about this need for Jim to learn what Pam is really thinking, and yet, this can only put him in so much trouble for having deceived her to get the info. I really can't wait to read more.
