Wonderful story. I loved that even though it had to come to this (Roy & Jim actually fighting) that at least it got Pam to finally admit to some feelings for him. Just so wonderful written. And the last line...perfect.

Just when I think I've read all of the post-Cocktails scenarios, you write this and just take my breath away! Wow, seriously... I love the way Pam tells Jim about Roy, I love that Jim tries to pass his injury off as "a nosebleed" at first, I love the total Raiders of the Lost Ark moment with the kissing where it hurts bit. Yeah, you got my two weaknesses, Jim Halpert and Indiana Jones-era Harrison Ford. You win at life.

Oh jeeze. I don't know what was the most exquisite in this story: the steaminess (every time his hand tightened on her waist, I thought I was going to DIE), the sadness right before the end (I'm still tearing up over here), or the extreme happiness I feel now that I've reached the end.
You must have a purple belt in awesome fic-writing.

And as Pam felt the tears begin to dry on her cheeks, she heard Jim say, "Hey..." She looked up at his bruised face, and felt a lump form in her throat again. "Thanks for fixing me."
And I'm crying. That is one of, if not the, best ending lines I've see. (And I've read my share of fic... in fact I've read many people's shares of fic...)

Loved the "where does it hurt" scene. Reminded me of one of my favorite scenes in "Raiders of the Lost Ark", but this one had a better outcome!

This seriously just made me tear up. "How many times did he hit you." "Um, three times." Yikes! I'm glad Jim got one in there even though I hate fighting. The end was super sweet! Eh. You know your stuff is always good...what else can I say?

I think this may be my favorite post-Cocktails story yet. Just such a quiet, simple, tender moment between them, no melodrama or heroics. So romantic and hearfelt when she kisses his face, around the boo-boos. And wonderful last line.

Oh, this is very nice. I love Pam's quick warning to Jim, and then Karen comes in, so that's it. It's like the "stealth warning".
Jim's "Not your fault." is straight from Casino Night - LOVE THAT! And then Pam's "Things are so screwed up." is great.
Really enjoyed this. Okay, is it sick that I love Strong!Bloody!Injured!Jim? Or do we all love him?
