This story is really great. You're a very talented writer. And I love the title, by the way! Awesome song! It really just adds to the story. Very beautiful.

Oh, my. My heart just felt for Angela. I have to say, Angela is certainly the most misunderstood character on the show.
I loved it. I love the song 'Samson', which is what drew me into the story. I listened to it while reading.
The first two sentences were my favourite.
'Angela has this friend.
Her name is Noelle and they’ve been close for a long time now.'
Absolutely marvelous.

Aww....so sweet....Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

you are my sweetest downfall
i loved you first
I adore the song. I love that you've brought a story out of it, with what is fast becoming a favourite couple, and ANGELA.
And it works, too, the song - i loved you first - which one? I can't even begin to express how much I love that you used Samson for a story you can use it so well for. Amazing.
I also loved the use of Noelle as a separate character to tell her story - wonderful! She keeps up that narrative, but sometimes the strong opinions expressed at times, they give it away, and I loved that you got that across. closer than sisters - of course.
And the people she's with, they're all distinctive and brilliant and they show Angela for Angela Martin, perfectly - from Jeremy to Ryan, to David the Jew to Dwight the Atheist - and I'm freaking in love with your story for Dwight/Angela, actually, because people don't write them enough, and the people that do - there's more dialogue than descriptions and feelings and beginnings, and while I love the dialogue, this...this is amazing. Awe-inspiring.
Possibly one of my favourite fics, ever, let alone one of my favourites for Angela [/Dwight]. I love this. To bits. And I'm going to read it again.

...when his hands start to drift lower than her back she stops him before he has a chance to find out whether or not the award she received earlier that evening was merited.
Hee!
Angela would drive me batty in real life, but on the show and in fic I feel very tender and protective towards her. This story is an excellent example of the vulnerability that is just below the surface of the flinty Ms. Martin.

Oh, Angela. This is a lovely look inside the stern exterior. I love her relationship history- all of the little things that lead us to the one we end up with. Very, very skillfully done.

Awwwww! This was lovely. I love seeing how she changed her views and came to love him, and I love his declaration of love on her doorstep (whoa, there was a lot of love in that sentence!). They can be so odd, but they can also be so adorable. And I love that Dwight was more worth her making these sacrifices than that David fella.

Aww excellent!
She stops nagging him about joining her at church, hoping that maybe if she just keeps him in her prayers while she's there they will still be able to be together when this is all over.
I loved that line!

So well-written and in-character. I love this line in particular: She stops nagging him about joining her at church, hoping that maybe if she just keeps him in her prayers while she's there they will still be able to be together when this is all over.
The idea of Angela loving Dwight enough to want to be with him in the afterlife is just adorable.

1) I love that song, sometimes it haunts my dreams :) Ok not really, but what a good song to haunt dreams, mine are usually stupid and about scary clowns (but that's another story)
2) This is so so so lovely, I really like dwangela a lot and although I think dwight is hilarious, it's angela that truly fascinates me. She seems like she has a tremendous ability to love and I think her backstory with david was so sweet, the image of him begging at the door just kills me.

aw. Very insightful look into Angela and Dwight's relationship.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed this. Really.
First of all: great song. I used the phrase "The Yellow Light" for a short story I wrote for a class. I love love love that song (and video).
Second of all: I don't usually like Angela/Dwight stories, but this was perfect. I love how you kept up the middle name thing, and how you explored her past relationships.
Third of all: it seriously made my afternoon. :)

This is a great job on Dwangela. I mean, Koelle (Nourt?). One thing you may have missed (or maybe just chose not to use) was the deleted scene of Halloween (Season 2).
There are only a few people at the Halloween party, since Devon (the fired one) went out for drinks with all the people he liked. Dwight and Angela are there, and Michael and Creed. That may be it.
Anyway, Angela is dressed as a cat, and Dwight says "Pussy. Here, pussy. Pussy. Pussy. Here, pussy, pussy. Meow." C'mon! That totally deserves a mention. Either she'd be really angry or she'd think "now there's a man"! With Angela, it's a toss-up. My theory: that was when it all began.
Anyway, I really like this. I especially like the compromises and little routines they've established at the end.

Fantastic! There needs to be many more Dwangela fics around here than there are currently. I love that Angela's cats are named Samson and Pattie. There's something oddly synergistic about that.

Oh this is fantastic! You had me at the title. (I love that song. Not as much as I love the cd as a whole, but anyways...)
Then it just kept getting better. I love that you're not afraid to do the less popular couples! Keep it up. :)

Aww, Poor 'Noelle' since David would be perfect if he wasn't Jewish.
But 'Kurt' is great for her (in that sick odd way). So, its at least good.
(i got so giggly whenever CPR/Red Cross anything is mentioned. Okay, so, CPR is my life. I honestly mean its my life. I have some manikins in my bedroom (wait that sounds strange) So yes. go CPR!)
Jealously leads to Angela/Ryan... interesting.
But this was a good Dwangela. :)
