You do great 'cute'.
Let's see: 20/15 vision; "Pam's Regrets" magazines (darn, my subscription ran out!); "She’s pretty sure she hears him sigh into her hair."; "I’ll take stupid jokes for four hundred Alex"; R.M. of DMWP; happy Kelly. These are a few of my favorite things.
I don't think many parents though would get together at 8 PM at Adventure Zone. They'd probably go home (separately) and get the kids to bed. Maybe they'd go to Jim's, since he has the youngest kid, and get the little one to bed while the older ones watch a quiet movie and Jim and Pam reconnect. Most likely, they'd make plans to meet at Adventure Zone on Saturday, so they'd have a whole afternoon or something. Just my opinion.
This is just great. One more chapter, right? Yay!

A-W-E [clap clap] S-O-M-E. That's what this is. I love stories where Pam and Jim meet up later in life. (Not that 40 is late, since that's in my rear-view mirror, but, you know.) This one is really nicely done.
I love the line about 'desperate times', and that the kid doesn't understand it all, but knows that Mr. Halpert is funny.
Yay, on to next chapter! (This is going to be happy, right? Not angsty? Hopes, hopes.)

oh, i am DEFINITELY interested!
this is so sweet, and sad, and cute, and kinda almost like a lifetime movie, except good. ok, that was supposed to be a compliment.

Wonderful:
”You’re trying to date nostalgia and she doesn’t put out.”
“I’m trying to tell you that I never stopped loving you.”
And this was great, too. Vintage Jim & Pam:
"I’m not leaving till you tell me you’ll give me a second chance”
“You’re going to move into Adventure Zone?”
“They have ski ball, pizza and beer- it sounds like paradise to me.”
Excellent, excellent story. And, yes, I'd love to see it turn into a series. But if you don't do that, I've still enjoyed this story a lot. So sweet.

SQUEE! Sorry, but I just--SQUEE!!! Oops. There I go again.
This was fab: Single women in their 40s have 20/15 vision when it comes to spotting rings on hot guys their age.
LOL!

Love this. Even though I generally don't enjoy imagining Pam and Jim get old...or Jim with grey hair near his temples. but whatever. I bet he's still gorgeous. To sum up: Please continue!!

Series!!! I love the "I'm 40 and could give rat's ass" aspect of it all!

Don't you dare leave it at this! I'm really loving this fic and can't wait to see what you cook up for their backstories.

Oh my god, you cannot possibly leave it at this! This is adorably wonderful, and it still feels like Jim and Pam even though it's years later and oh, you have to keep going! Great job with this whole story!

You know how much I love this story, but maybe just a nice epilogue to wrap it all up? Flash a few days/months/years forward to see how this all played out. I admire them both for not immediately running into each other's arms; they know they need time to heal and to take it slow for the sake of the kids. But a nice epilogue could take care of all of that, or maybe a montage, who knows? You're the brains of this operation and I have so enjoyed reading this story!

This is great. If you have ideas to continue, then do it!
I love how Pam is trying to talk Jim out of being in love with her. So, so very Pam.

I'd really love to see this as a series. I think it has a lot of potential all around, especially with the kids as this bonusfeature and hindrance all at the same time.

Here is the interest. Do the series. Please?

Are we voting? Please write more!! I know it's so good as is, but you write so well and I just know that you would keep the story real and honest. And that is something that I, personally, am very interested in reading. No hard feelings if you decide not to, though!

You simply must, updat/add to this. It is so good. You have a very unique way of building emotion between characters that gets me all gooey.

No, don't leave it at this! Please :-)

Oh. My. God! You MUST keep going! You can’t end it here!
Ok, enough demands. I loved this entire story (like I love all of yours), but especially THIS little bit: I never loved her like I loved you. I loved her, God I mean I loved her and she was…is…beautiful and wonderful and we had two gorgeous kids and she made me laugh and sometimes I could forget…but I was always in love with you, even when I didn’t want to admit it to myself” because I think this perfectly captures what we saw last night on the show. He seemed happy with Karen, finally, but I don’t think he feels for her yet (if ever?) what he feels/felt for Pam. I can see he and Karen taking that “good enough” relationship a decade further and ending up in this same place.
One of the reasons I heart your stories so is that you have such a good grasp of the characters and their voices. This story is no exception. Turpentine! Adventure Zone is a guy's paradise! Just perfect.
I would love more of this. Seriously. AUs are my favorite thing in Office fic, and I have a soft spot for future fics (where we didn’t have to see all the torturous years when they were apart.) Great job, Snakes!

Sooooooo cute.

Wow! Even though I usuaally avoid stories that take place in the future &/or with kids, this has made me almost giddy. I especially love this line:
Maybe with a pot belly and a toupee he wouldn’t look like he stepped off the front cover of a magazine called ‘Pam’s Regrets.’
Great job and I can't wait to see where this goes.

Gosh, this is perfect! So sweet and cute, but not overly so. Plus, no matter how things turn out on the actual show, I will be keeping in mind that this could happen and it will all turn out a-ok.

Jim as a dad=the hottest thing ever. You win so much for this story. I need another update and quickly please :)
