Okay, I don't even watch Heroes, and yet this story has me incredibly excited. Both for the premise, which is freaking brilliant, and for the fact that it's obviously in some extremely capable hands. Jim and Pam are absolutely perfect in this scene: the banter, the cuteness... they are exactly, perfectly them, as we loved them in the days of yore, except now they're a couple.
I'm babbling now, but it's only because I can't wait to read more of this story.

Well you know I love this. I mean L-O-V-E! I adore the fact that Jim likes that the ipod is black. And the banter over the high school photo is so perfectly JAM. And this....
Pam nodded in satisfaction and muttered, "whipped" under her breath before she continued. Jim’s eyes flew open and he mouthed ‘WOW’ at the camera.
I can totally see this, and it makes me smile THIS BIG!
